Steps For How to Buy Winchester Real Estate
1. When you want to Buy a Winchester Home,
you need to first Get a Loan to Get a Home.
You will also need to send the following:
- 2 months bank statements
- 2 months paycheck stubs
- 2 years W-2's
- 2 years tax returns ( Showing a qualifying income for the past two years )
- The loan agent will need to run your credit, your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Drivers License, Name and Address
- Your "Approved Lender Letter" from a Winchester Home Loan Agent of your choice, is our
guide to keeping us within your price range and to keep us focused on a Winchester Home
you want and can own.
- You will then forward the "Approval Lender Letter" to me. This letter tells me you are a focused, qualified, serious buyer. When you call, I will be there for you to show you homes
you want to see, and walk you through the home owning process.

2. You will want to see homes online, fitting your requirements, so that you can pick some out to go see in person. The list will then be automatically emailed as you request the information.
The homes include important information about the properties including pictures,
and maps with overhead views of the properties. .
- Go to our website, realestatewinchesterhomes.com and select your price range or other criteria in the navigation bar.
- Fill out the quick form and you will have a list of Winchester Homes in your email, with pictures, usually within the hour! Check your email and spam as well. for an email from "Harold Sharpe." Email with hyperlinks usually goes straight to spam. You will need to click on the hyperlink to access you list of properties.

3. You select some properties you want to see in person, and email the addresses to me by 4pm so that we can see them at either 10am or 2pm the following day. We will go see the properties online you have picked as long as you have sent me an Approval Lender Letter from your
Winchester Home Loan Agent of your choosing.
- You will email me a list of addresses along with the ML# or MLS number and we will see the homes.
- You will see up to six homes each time you go out to see homes so you have a selection to choose from.
- You will want to see at least a dozen Winchester Homes to get an idea of the housing market to make an educated decision.
- Once you select a Winchester Home you wish to purchase, we will then move forward to make the purchasing process smooth and easy.
